By dialing 10-10-101010, you agree to allow Ten Line, Inc. to perform any background checks deemed necessary. This may include, but is not limited to:

• listening in to any and all phone conversations, broadcasting those conversations over Television, Radio or Internet
• performing credit checks (including an on-site inspection of funds stored in wallets, purses, matresses, safes, etc.)
• hiring a private detective (the charges for which will conveniently appear on your telephone bill) to dig up interesting facts about your past.

By using The Ten Line, you agree to be liable for any damages that The Ten Line, Inc. may be held responsible, regardless of your involvement in those damages. Under no circumstances will The Ten Line, Inc. deduct or otherwise reduce charges that appear on your phone bill. A $2 phone bill processing fee will be charged each month. All fees and rates are subject to change without notice and are guaranteed to never go down.
