Empire, Michigan (NBp) - Joe's Bait And Tackle today announced that it
is the first bait shop available on the Internet. With e-commerce on
the rise, it was only a matter of time before you could buy worms from
the comfort of your own home.
"Well, sure you gots fishin' stores on the Net already," announced
Joe's proprietor Joe Stubble. "But, I was lookin' the other day and
not one of 'em would sell ya a bunch of worms or other live bait."
Joe's will ship live bait to anywhere in the world. Stubble forsees
a big market in places like Arizona.
"Worms don't live out in the desert, so how can people expect to
go fishing in the desert? Now, people can get their worms from me."
Though Joe's specializes in worms, selling seven different varieties,
he also carries a variety of other unpleasant things that you can
throw into the water in hopes of attracting hapless fish. Stubble has managed
to keep costs of his new service low, by catching the worms himself and
packaging them in standard letter-size envelopes for easy mailing via US
Mail.
Stubble has been pleased with the response so far, stating that he has
even had international orders from as far away as Canada.
"Our motto is: as long as there's a fish left swimmin', we'll help
ya catch it."
Stubble intends to announce the URL for the new site as soon as
he can find the piece of paper he wrote it on.
